What I do;

After spending +45 developing new products and leading large and small development teams around the world .... I retired..... sort of!

During retirement I decided to apply my experience to helping people and companies improve solve problems. That's why I formed KlineWorks!

I excel in helping development managers and teams understand the difference between agile practices and adaptive development. The companies I work with benefit from a practical systems approach to using adaptive new product architecture and development systems to improve their time to product revenue growth. My help is based on the learnings I had in corporate america leading new product development teams.

I love solving problems by inventing and building new things. I have skills in electronics, software and mechanical engineering and own most every tool you can imagine with the associated skill needed to fabricate prototypes.

I imagine then render in CAD followed by tooling in CAM before fabrication starts using manual or CNC means, depending on the needs of a projects design. 

I work with individuals, labs, teams, corporations. No problem is to small but some are two big. I won't take on anything I cannot deliver on.

For me its not about making money its about working on interesting problems with creative people. Therefore my key selection criteria is to work with great people on tough problems that get solved by practical implementation. 

As you can glean from above, my problem solving interests and skills are broad. As a result I have delivered a range of THINGS including custom gifts, exhibits and corporate architectural frameworks.
